Eastman Gallery is owned and operated by Richard Eastman and Eduardo Morales. It originated in the The Houston Design Center. Having operated since 2002, we served the Houston Art Community with exceptional Paintings, Pottery, Sculpture and Jewelry for over 12 years.

Now located at 608 Hastedt Street in Garwood, TX, we are excited to be bringing a little bit of our brand of culture to Colorado County.

Richard Eastman specializes in Hand-Built Pottery and Ceramics as well as Encaustic (Oil & Beeswax) and Acrylic Paintings that are exhibited in many galleries throughout the State of Texas.

Eastman Gallery has a Country Marketplace the first Saturday of each month. You may view the event calendar for more information on the monthly markets.

All the funds are used to provide free art classes to kids in the area as well as special-needs adults at the Texana Center in Eagle Lake/Altair. They are trying to start an after-school program also for the kids at Garwood Elementary School.

They also provide an inexpensive forum for area artists, crafters and assorted vendors. The monthly festival gives them an opportunity to show their works and goods, which in turn, helps the community as a whole.
