By promoting the importance of think local first, we help strengthen Columbus and Colorado County-based businesses and encourage community support.

The Columbus Chamber of Commerce is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization supported by the annual dues and investments of its members. As a member-driven organization, we come together with the shared goal of promoting business growth and supporting a thriving community. Our members elect a Board of Directors who set the vision and mission, which is then carried out by the Chamber’s executive director and staff.
The Board and executive director work diligently to advocate for policies that foster an environment conducive to business success and community development. Membership in the Chamber is essential for any business owner looking to maximize their exposure and engage with the growing business community in and around Columbus.
