Full-time Opportunity (Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
Pay based on qualifications
Job Duties:
- Answer phones in the proper manner and direct calls to the proper person
- Greet customers with a smile and friendly welcome and direct them where they need to go
- Manage all incoming invoices/expenses into QuickBooks
- Work closely with the bookkeeper to get monthly statements reconciled
- Ensure bills are paid on time
- File all paperwork in the respective job/office folders
- Process subcontractor payroll each week
- Receive payments for all jobs and make deposits as needed
- Maintain TxTagand yearly registrations for all company vehicles
- Digitize customer files
- Ensure each subcontractor has an updated packet on file including insurance
- Manage office supplies, stock, and equipment
- Assist with other tasks as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- High school education
- Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.)
- Attention to detail
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task
- Customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree in related industry.
- Office Experience: 2-5 years.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
